We work very hard to make sure all your needs are met and the funeral goes smoothy. We will keep in close contact with you between making the arrangements and the day of the funeral, keeping our records updated and responding to any changes you wish to make. The day before the funeral we carry out a pre-funeral check; this is an opportunity to go through all the arrangements with you to confirm all the details and to make sure everything is how you want it to be. This means that, on the day, you’ll have no worries or concerns about anything you have asked us to do.
On the day of the funeral we will meet you at the agreed time and address and proceed to the venue in good time. At every point we will gently guide you to be where you need to be and to do what you need to do. In the very unlikely event of any unforeseen issues, they will be dealt with discreetly, allowing you to focus on what’s truly important. At all times, our team are there to support and help you and this level of care and diligence will continue right up until we drop you off after the funeral has taken place.
