One of the nicest human beings I ever had the pleasure of knowing, was a pleasure to be schooled by you and a pleasure to keep in touch for many decades after. Sleep well “Miss”, the world will be a darker place without your light. Thoughts, love and condolences to all the family.

Susan was more than one of my mother’s best friends, she was my “Aunty Susan” and my Godmother, a loud, joyful force of nature with a laugh that filled the room. She shaped my childhood in lasting ways, from a lifelong love of Disney to a deep sense of empathy and care for the vulnerable, especially animals. Even after many years apart, her memory remains funny, warm, and strong. She was a safe space in my childhood, and that gift will stay with me always. RIP Aunty Susan

So saddened to hear you needed to fly free Sue, you are an amazing soul and I am blessed to have known you and to have called you friend, for many years. A wonderful ( and fierce) animal advocate, kindness personified, the world is a darker place for your departure. You were and still are very loved by many. Condolences to your family and friends, may you have found perfect peace on the other side. The night sky will shine a little brighter as “A star burns brightest in its final moments.” Much love always. xxx
