You gave a little girl confidence and helped her find her place. When others were cruel you taught me stand up and be proud of who I was. I will be eternally thankful. You truly were a man amongst men. All my love, rest easy.

We are so sad to hear of the passing of Malcolm who when we moved to Unwin Street 26 years ago made us feel so welcome with his warm smile and cheery sense of humour. Over the years we have loved seeing him walking his beautiful Akita dogs into Brierley Forest. I also feel very privileged to have witnessed some of his wonderful wood carvings when he exhibited them on open days at Brierley cafe.A true Artist. Our sincere condolences to his wife, his children, grand children, and great grandchild. Rest in peace Malcolm

As we prepare to say all our goodbyes Malc, with all our thanksgivings - for all that you meant to us. We remember “ It is better to have loved and lost you- than to never have loved at all” Our Lords love conquers all things, so today especially we yield to our Fathers love” “To love and to be loved is the most natural expression of our very being” Thanks for our exciting journey together.
